Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in the Pune Division. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing detailed designs and drawings, and coordinating with internal engineering, construction, and project management teams across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Day-to-day tasks include conducting site visits and assessments, ensuring design compliance with local regulations and building codes, and integrating client requirements into functional and aesthetically sound solutions.

The role involves collaborating with external consultants and partners, reviewing technical documents,



and supporting project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The Architect will also participate in design reviews, contribute to innovation in materials and methods, and help maintain Avishkar Realty’s commitment to comfort, safety, and sustainability in every project.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate client needs into practical, compliant, and visually appealing plans.
- Proficiency in Project Management, including coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing schedules, and supporting budget and quality control.
- Understanding of Integration between architectural design and engineering, construction, and interior services to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Familiarity with software tools relevant to architectural work (e.g., CAD/BIM software), and openness to leveraging Software Development or digital solutions where applicable.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field, with relevant professional registration or eligibility as per local regulations.
- Knowledge of local building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements, particularly within Pune and the broader region.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in office with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial projects and an interest in sustainable and innovative design approaches are highly beneficial.
