Job Summary

Zeba Labs is looking for a Junior Accountant to support the Accounts & Finance team in day-to-day accounting, billing, payroll support, statutory compliance, and financial record maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

- Record and maintain daily accounting transactions.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, receipts and payment entries.
- Assist with salary calculation and payroll processing.
- Assist in PF and ESI calculations and payments.
- Maintain employee salary and statutory deduction records.
- Assist with GST and TDS-related accounting and documentation.
- Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain proper records.
- Assist in monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.
- Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and supporting records.
- Assist the Senior Accountant during audits and statutory compliance activities.
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting,



Finance or a related field.
- 0–3 years of accounting experience; freshers with relevant qualifications may also apply.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, PF and ESI.
- Basic understanding of payroll and salary calculation.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Experience in Tally Accounting Software is required.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Age: 20–30 years.

Candidate Preference

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month, based on qualifications and experience.
