Position: Jr. Human Resources Analyst

Location: Work from Office Only

Experience: 6-12 Month

Responsibilities

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding and induction processes for current hires.
- Maintain and update HR records, databases, and documentation.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communications.
- Track attendance, leaves, and assist in payroll coordination.
- Support performance management activities (KRAs, reviews, feedback collection).
- Help in drafting and updating HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth HR operations.

Requirements

- Recently graduated in HR, Business Administration, or related field.




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Ready to take on new challenges and adapt to changing priorities.
- Open to learning HR tech tools (e.g., Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, Asana).
- Eager to explore innovations in HR, including AI-driven HR solutions.
