Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Barnala. The role involves engaging with customers to explain LIC’s life insurance products, addressing inquiries, and assisting individuals in selecting suitable policies. Day-to-day responsibilities may include maintaining accurate records, processing applications, following up with clients, and supporting policy servicing activities.

The role also requires collaborating with team members, participating in outreach or awareness initiatives, and adhering to regulatory and organizational guidelines.

- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse customers, including explaining financial and insurance concepts in simple terms.

- Basic numerical and analytical skills to understand policy details, premiums, and benefits, and to handle documentation accurately.
- Organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple client interactions, follow-ups, and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Comfort working in an on-site environment in Barnala, with a collaborative approach to working with colleagues and supervisors.
- Integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to complying with LIC policies, regulatory standards, and ethical practices.
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a college degree in business, finance, or a related field is an advantage.
