JDSales and Distribution Key Responsibilities Provide application support for JD Edwards Sales Distribution modules Handle incident management problem resolution and change requests Support core processes such aso Sales Order Managemento Inventory Managemento Shipping Deliveryo Pricing and Discountso Billing and Invoicing Troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution within SLAPerform configuration changes and minor enhancements in JDECollaborate with technical teams for customizations and integrations Maintain documentation for all support activities Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and propose preventive measures Support integration points with Finance Procurement and Manufacturing modules Participate in testing and deployment for fixes and enhancements Oracle Certification would be big plus Valuable communication and client handling skills Ready to work in Shift and SLA based environment.
