Mandatory Qualificati ons
A minimum of 3+ years of relevant frontend development experi ence. Proficient knowledge of React (or other popular JS frameworks like Angular or Vue.js) and common frontend build t ools.
Experience or solid comfort with modern AI development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Codex). Ability to decompose complex features into logical agent execution loops and course-correct them when they d rift. Proven ability to build a non-trivial feature from scratch and drive it to completion by knowing when to prompt an agent and when 5 minutes of manual typing beats 15 minutes of prompt enginee ring.
Good understanding of REST APIs and integrating asynchronous data flow. A strong willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to rapidly evolving AI capabilities—whatever lets you deliver the best pro duct.
