We are seeking an experienced Technical Java Architect with strong Banking/Financial Services domain expertise and hands-on experience in solution architecture, application design, and framework development.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and drive enterprise architecture and technical strategy for banking applications.
- Design scalable, high-performance, secure, and resilient Java-based solutions.
- Lead architecture discussions and provide technical direction to development teams.
- Develop and enforce architecture standards, design patterns, and framework best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Create High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents.
- Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and design governance activities.
- Drive modernization initiatives, microservices adoption, and cloud-native solutions.
- Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership across multiple projects.

• Ensure compliance with banking security, regulatory, and risk management standards.

Skills Required

Technical Skills

- Strong expertise in Core Java, Java 8+, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, REST APIs
- Extensive experience in Microservices Architecture and Distributed Systems
- Experience in Framework Development and Enterprise Application Design
- Strong understanding of Design Patterns and Object-Oriented Design Principles
- Expertise in Application Architecture and Solution Design
- Experience with Kafka, MQ, Messaging Systems, and Event-Driven Architecture




- Hands-on experience with Oracle, SQL, and NoSQL databases
- Knowledge of Cloud Technologies (AWS/Azure/OpenShift/Kubernetes preferred)
- Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and Agile methodologies

• Strong understanding of Security, Authentication, Authorization, and API Governance

Banking Domain Experience

- Robust experience in Banking and Financial Services projects
- Exposure to Corporate Banking, Investment Banking, Payments, Treasury, Lending, Trade Finance, or Capital Markets domains

• Understanding of banking systems integration and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
- 10+ years of software development experience with Java technologies
- 3+ years of experience in Architecture, Technical Design, and Solutioning roles
- Proven experience in designing large-scale enterprise banking applications

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
