Job Title: Automation Test Engineer / Senior Automation Test Engineer

Experience: 5 to 10 Years

Location: Bangalore / Chennai

We are looking for a highly skilled Automation Test Engineer with strong expertise in Java, Selenium, REST Assured, and API Testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automation frameworks, ensuring the quality and reliability of applications through comprehensive testing practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and Java.
- Develop and maintain robust automation frameworks for web applications.
- Perform API testing using REST Assured and validate RESTful web services.
- Create, execute, and maintain functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end test cases.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams for resolution.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.




- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and ensure test coverage.
- Prepare test reports, quality metrics, and documentation.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills
- 5 to 10 years of experience in Software Testing and Automation.
- Strong hands-on experience in Java Programming.
- Expertise in Selenium WebDriver.
- Solid experience in API Testing using REST Assured.
- Experience in developing and maintaining automation frameworks.
- Knowledge of TestNG/JUnit and Maven/Gradle.
- Experience with Git and version control systems.
- Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
