Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven IT Staffing Recruitment Manager to support and manage recruitment activities The ideal candidate will act as a hands-on IT Sourcer and End-to-End Recruiter, taking complete ownership of the recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering through candidate placement.

The candidate will be responsible for sourcing qualified IT professionals, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, managing candidate submissions, following up with stakeholders, and building strong skilled relationships with relevant POCs and hiring teams.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing & Talent Acquisition

- Act as a hands-on IT Sourcer to identify qualified candidates for assigned requirements.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels.
- Develop effective Boolean search strings and sourcing strategies for niche and hard-to-fill technology requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
- Identify candidates across multiple hiring models, including C2C,



W2, Contract, Contract-to-Hire, and Full-Time.
- Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement intake to candidate placement.
- Review and understand job descriptions and technical requirements.
- Source, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication skills, availability, location, and work authorization.
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate candidate submissions and ensure all required information is accurate and complete.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience and reduce drop-offs.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure timely updates on sourcing activity, submissions, interviews, offers, and placements.
- Manage multiple requirements simultaneously while maintaining candidate quality.
- Track candidate availability and maintain relationships for future opportunities.
- Ensure all submissions meet client and account requirements.
