Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Junior IT Recruiter to support our talent acquisition team. You will help identify, source, and engage technical professionals such as software developers, QA engineers, and system administrators while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate journey

Key Responsibilities

- Sourcing: Search for technical talent using LinkedIn, job portals (like Naukri or Indeed), Boolean search strings, and internal databases.

- Screening: Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens to evaluate technical baseline knowledge, communication skills, and salary expectations.

- Coordination: Schedule interviews, manage calendars, and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.

- Tracking: Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines, status updates, and interview notes.





- Onboarding Support: Assist with offer rollouts, document collection, and background-verification follow-ups.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources (IT recruitment background preferred).

- Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Technical Awareness: Basic familiarity with tech stacks and roles (e.g., Java, Python, React, Cloud/DevOps).

- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, strong organization, and the ability to multitask in a rapid-paced environment. []
