Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven IT Services Sales Leader to drive revenue growth, develop strategic client relationships, and expand our IT services business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise sales, solution selling, and leading high-performing sales teams within India as well as to overseas customers in the USA, Europe and/or Australia

Qualification: BSc, BCA, BBA, MSc. Post Graduate Diploma/Degree in Sales and Marketing Management is desirable

Experience Guidelines: 8+ years of experience in IT services sales, business development, or account management, with at least 3 years in a sales leadership role

- Demonstrated success in achieving revenue and growth targets.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle related to data & AI, cloud, digital transformation, and managed services.
- Excellent executive communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.




- Experience leading teams and managing strategic enterprise accounts.

Key Responsibilities

- - Drive new business acquisition and account growth across target markets.
- Build and manage relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Own revenue and growth targets. Manage pricing and deal economics.
- Lead and close IT services deals involving cloud, AI, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and managed services.
- Collaborate with delivery, consulting, and alliance teams to create winning solutions.
- Coach and mentor sales teams to improve performance and customer engagement.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
