Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

1. Infrastructure Operations Monitoring & Stability

- Oversee end to end operational health across all infrastructure towers
- Ensure real time visibility through standardized daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards
- Monitor SLA risks, incident ageing, capacity utilization, and performance trends
- Proactively initiate governance actions to prevent SLA breaches and recurring incidents

1. Incident, Problem & Escalation Governance

- Define, maintain, and govern escalation frameworks and incident playbooks
- Act as the final escalation authority for complex and critical incidents
- Govern structured Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring issues
- Ensure corrective and preventive actions are tracked to closure with supporting evidence

1. Vendor Governance – Managed Service Providers (Enterprise Infrastructure & EUC)

- Having Weekly Reviews with partners such as TCS (Infrastructure Operations), HP OSS (End User Support), and global service providers.
- Govern performance across managed infrastructure towers (Network, Data Center, Storage, Backup, OS, Licensing, Asset Management)
- Validate SLA compliance against contractual commitments
- Drive service improvement initiatives and risk mitigation plans
- Ensure ticket quality, ageing controls, reporting accuracy, and timely closure of agreed actions




- Escalate performance gaps where required
- Establish and govern end to end asset and license lifecycle management
- Maintain an accurate, audit ready CMDB and centralized inventory repository
- Ensure configuration accuracy, change traceability, and compliance documentation
- Support internal and external audits with validated and traceable data

1. Cybersecurity Alignment & Risk Management

- Ensure infrastructure operations align with regulatory and corporate security standards
- Partner with cybersecurity teams on vulnerability remediation and risk closure
- Maintain and govern risk registers, tracking closure within defined SLAs
- Drive audit readiness with zero critical or major findings

1. Executive Reporting & Stakeholder Management

- Act as the single senior point of accountability for infrastructure related communications
- Deliver concise, data driven executive dashboards and leadership updates
- Provide structured risk, escalation, and decision briefs to senior leadership
- Promote transparency, stakeholder confidence, and continuous improvement

Success Metrics (KPIs)
- SLA Compliance ≥ 99%
- Zero critical or major audit findings
- Escalations reduced QoQ
- Executive reporting delivered 100% on time
- Positive stakeholder satisfaction trend

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
