Job Summary

We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Domestic Recruiter with hands-on experience in sourcing and hiring candidates across IT, Engineering, and Mechanical domains . The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, from understanding job requirements and sourcing candidates to interview coordination, offer follow-up, and onboarding.

The ideal candidate should have solid technical recruitment knowledge, sourcing skills, candidate engagement abilities, and good understanding of the Indian talent market .

Key Roles Responsibilities

- Understand and analyze job descriptions received from clients/business teams.
- Identify key technical skills, experience, industry background, location, and candidate requirements.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies for different technical positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, databases, referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels .
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring and niche requirements.
- Identify passive candidates through direct sourcing and networking.
- Use Boolean searches and advanced sourcing techniques to identify relevant profiles.
- Evaluate candidates against technical skills, experience, project exposure, industry background, location, notice period, and compensation .

Required Skills

- Strong experience in Domestic IT Recruitment
- Strong exposure to Engineering Mechanical Recruitment
- Good understanding of technical skills and job descriptions
- Excellent sourcing and candidate identification skills




- Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn
- Knowledge of Boolean search and X-ray search techniques
- Strong candidate screening and communication skills
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills
- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously
- Strong MS Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Good knowledge of the Indian recruitment market

Education Experience

- Bachelor s degree in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in HR or Recruitment is an advantage.
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment , preferably with exposure to IT, Engineering, Mechanical, Automotive, Aerospace, or Manufacturing hiring.
- Experience working with staffing/recruitment companies or engineering service organizations is preferred.
- Freshers are welcomed with good communication presentation skills.
