Core Responsibilities
Administration and support of the enterprise Citrix setting
Citrix server patching and lifecycle management
Incident, problem and escalation management
Root Cause Analysis for complex Citrix issues




Management of Citrix-related MDP and MyDesk services
Resolution of issues escalated from EUS and other support teams
Performance optimisation and platform stability
Technical documentation and operational improvements
Participation in change implementation and maintenance activities

Technical Requirements

5+ years Citrix administration experience
