We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our team. The role involves calling potential patients, explaining our dental services, and helping them schedule appointments.
Responsibilities
Call potential patients and provide information about dental services.
Schedule and confirm appointments.
Follow up with interested patients.
Handle patient queries politely and professionally.
Maintain call records and update details in the system.
Coordinate with the clinic team for appointment management.
Achieve daily calling and appointment targets.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
Good communication skills.
Fluency in Telugu, Kannada, or Tamil (any one language is mandatory).
Basic computer knowledge.
Comfortable with a calling-based role.
Positive attitude and good convincing skills.
Preferred
Experience in Telecalling, Customer Service, or Sales (preferred but not mandatory).
