Key Responsibilities:
Reach out to prospective US clients through outbound calls.
Qualify leads by understanding customer requirements.
Explain company services and generate interest.
Schedule appointments or transfer qualified leads to the sales team.
Maintain follow-up with prospects and update lead status.
Ensure accurate documentation of all customer interactions.
Requirements:
Solid verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident in handling outbound calls.
Positive attitude with willingness to learn.
Ability to work under targets.
Comfortable working in the US night shift.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
