Established in 1995 and headquartered in Cochin, India. Infoniks is one of the leading suppliers and systems integrators of CCTV, Access Control, and Electronic Security.

We're looking for a Technical Service Coordinator who can take charge of a team of field technicians serving top banking clients.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinating installation, service & AMCs for security systems across bank branches.
Managing daily technician schedules, task allocation, and issue resolution.
Providing technical support and guidance to field teams.
Handling urgent service calls and pressure situations efficiently.
Acting as the go-to point of contact for field teams and customers — must be readily available by phone.
Mush have valuable communication skill both oral and written.

Qualifications:
Minimum 1 years of hands-on experience in security system installation/service (CCTV, alarms).
Proven ability to manage teams and maintain high-quality service delivery.




Excellent communication and coordination skills — fluent in tech and task talk.
Availability beyond office hours for urgent call handling.
Strong understanding of AMC contracts, troubleshooting & system integration.
