Position Overview

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Servicing
Coordinate with clients regarding event requirements, proposals, quotations, and project updates.
Maintain client databases and records.
Follow up with prospective and existing clients.
Schedule meetings and coordinate with internal teams.
Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and client reports.
Ensure timely communication and maintain qualified client relationships.

Social Media Management
Manage company social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
Create and schedule social media posts, stories, and promotional content.
Respond to social media inquiries and messages.
Monitor social media engagement and prepare basic performance reports.
Assist in content creation for events, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.
Coordinate with graphic designers for creative requirements.

Administrative Support
Maintain records, documents, and project files.
Assist with data entry, research, and reporting.
Support the team during exhibitions,



conferences, and events.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers when required.

Skills & Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Positive knowledge of social media platforms and digital communication.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Eligibility
Freshers and students pursuing or completing Graduation/Post Graduation may apply.
Prior internship or experience in client servicing, marketing, or social media will be an added advantage.
