Key Responsibilities
Understand each student's academic background, career goals, and financial profile.
Counsel students on study destinations, universities, courses, and visa requirements.
Guide students through the complete admission process, from enquiry to enrolment.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions in the CRM.
Provide excellent customer service throughout the student journey.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Study Abroad Counsellor.
Strong knowledge of study destinations such as Australia, Canada, the UK, Recent Zealand.:
Excellent communication, counselling, and sales skills.
Ability to handle multiple student enquiries efficiently.
Experience working with CRM software is preferred.
Target-oriented with a skilled and positive attitude.
