Job Summary: Reliance Animation Academy, FC Road, Pune is looking for an experienced Admissions Counsellor to handle student admissions, counselling and sales coordination for Animation, VFX, Graphic Design, Gaming and Multimedia courses.

The role requires solid communication, counselling and sales skills to guide prospective students and parents while achieving admission and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle walk-ins, telephonic enquiries and online leads
Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career prospects and industry scope
Convert enquiries into admissions through effective counselling and sales follow-ups
Drive course sales and achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
Maintain enquiry, follow-up and admission records in CRM / Excel




Coordinate with the marketing team for seminars, workshops and promotional activities
Support centre operations related to admissions and student coordination
Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents

Eligibility:
Graduate in any discipline
Minimum 3 years of experience in Animation, VFX, Multimedia, Gaming or Creative Education industry counselling, admissions counselling or EdTech sales
Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, Marathi
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM handling

Requirements:
Strong counselling, sales, and target-oriented approach
Ability to handle admission targets and student queries efficiently
Good interpersonal and convincing skills
Skilled communication and follow-up abilities
Relevant counselling experience is mandatory
Freshers are not eligible

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
