About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage the SEO team to achieve monthly targets.
Develop and implement effective on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
Monitor website rankings, traffic, and overall SEO performance.
Assign tasks, review work quality, and ensure deadlines are met.
Track team productivity and provide regular feedback and performance reports.
Coordinate with content writers, developers, and other departments to execute SEO campaigns.
Stay updated with Google's algorithm updates and industry best practices.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly SEO performance reports.
Resolve team queries and support the professional growth of team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Marketing or a related field preferred).




Minimum 1.5 years of hands-on SEO experience.:
Prior experience in handling or leading an SEO team is preferred.
Robust knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, Technical SEO, and Local SEO.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and other SEO tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing multiple SEO projects.
Knowledge of WordPress and basic HTML/CSS.
Ability to train, mentor, and motivate team members.
