Supplier Identification and Development:
Identify and establish relationships with reliable suppliers to ensure a consistent supply of quality products.
Evaluate and monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with quality standards and contractual obligations.
Develop and maintain a robust supplier network that supports business growth and profitability.
Negotiation and Contract Management:
Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favorable commercial terms.
Draft, evaluate, and manage supplier contracts to ensure alignment with business needs and compliance requirements.
Product Sourcing and Quality Assurance:
Source recent products that align with market demand and company standards.
Evaluate product quality and packaging standards to ensure they meet customer and compliance requirements.
Conduct regular market research to stay updated on market trends, pricing, and supplier capabilities.
Cost Optimization and Efficiency:




Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising on quality or service delivery.
Analyze procurement data to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
Vendor Relationship Management:

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or qualified certification (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) is a plus.
