Key Responsibilities
Identify potential clients and build a strong sales pipeline.
Conduct client meetings via phone, video calls, and in-person meetings.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
Negotiate pricing and close deals effectively.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects until conversion.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Coordinate with the technical and marketing teams for project discussions.
Update CRM with lead status, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills:
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Experience in B2B Sales.
Knowledge of Website Development, Mobile App Development, Digital Marketing, SEO, and Software Solutions.
Experience using CRM software is preferred.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.




Robust problem-solving and client-handling skills.
Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or any relevant field.
Minimum 1.5 years of experience in Business Development or IT Sales.
Proven experience in lead generation and client acquisition.
Experience in selling IT services will be highly preferred.
