Service Advisor

Experience Required
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor in the automobile industry
Experience in EV service is an added advantage

Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and understand their service requirements
Prepare job cards and explain repair estimates
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely vehicle delivery
Keep customers updated on service progress
Handle warranty and service documentation
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements:




Strong communication and customer handling skills
Positive technical understanding of automobiles
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment
Computer knowledge and documentation skills
Valid driving licence preferred
