Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Generate sales through existing customer base and actively identify recent business opportunities.
Prospect, qualify, and follow up on leads to maximize conversions.
Build and maintain solid client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
Conduct property presentations and coordinate site visits with prospective buyers.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales updates in CRM
Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the real estate industry.
Robust communication skills in English, Marathi, and Hindi.
Additional Requirements:
Must own a personal vehicle and hold a valid driving license.
Knowledge of NA Plots will be an added advantage.
Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹35,000 per month (₹3 to ₹4.2 LPA)
We are open to offer a competitive pay based on qualifications, experience and last drawn salary.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
