Tien is arestaurant in the heart of Shivajinagar, Pune, with 13 years of consistent operations. We are looking for a dedicated Waiter / F&B; Service Associate who takes pride in creating warm, memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities:
Welcome and seat guests; present menus and take orders accurately
Serve food and beverages promptly as per service standards
Maintain cleanliness of dining area, stations, and service equipment
Handle guest requests and complaints with composure and professionalism
Assist in daily opening, and closing duties

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a restaurant, café, or hotel F&B; setting
Minimum 10th standard pass; hotel management diploma preferred
Conversational English; Marathi/Hindi fluency an advantage
Presentable appearance and positive attitude
