Manage and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, builders, and key customers.
Regularly follow up with customers regarding enquiries, orders, payments, complaints, and service requirements.
Maintain accurate customer data and interaction records in the CRM/ERP system.
Coordinate with sales, dispatch, accounts, and customer service teams to resolve customer issues.
Track leads and enquiries and ensure timely follow-ups.
Prepare regular reports on customer activity, sales follow-ups, pending enquiries, and conversions.
Identify prospects to increase repeat business and strengthen customer relationships.
Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Support the sales team with customer communication and follow-up.
Valuable communication skills, Excel/CRM knowledge, and experience in sanitaryware/bath fittings/building materials will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹9,690.18 - ₹20,000.33 per month
