POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for experienced real estate sales professionals who can effectively manage the

complete sales cycle - from lead qualification and client consultation to site visits, negotiations, and

closures.

while maintaining a consultative approach to sales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Engage with inbound and outbound leads generated through the company's marketing

channels.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable investment prospects.
Conduct project presentations, consultations, and site visits.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.
Coordinate with developers regarding inventory, pricing, and project updates.
Negotiate and close transactions while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Contribute to business growth through networking, referrals, and market outreach activities.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
3+ years of experience in real estate sales.




Solid understanding of residential, commercial, luxury, plotted, and investment real estate.
Proven ability to convert inquiries into bookings.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Qualified, self-motivated, and target-driven.
Comfortable working with CRM systems and sales processes.
Experience selling premium or luxury real estate projects is preferred.

MARKETS & PROJECTS

The role involves selling projects across: Gurugram, Delhi NCR, Noida, Punjab, Mumbai, Goa,

Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and Dubai.

COMPENSATION & GROWTH

Fixed Salary (Based on Experience)
