Head Site Engineer - Gagangiri Group

Location: Kandivali West, Mumbai
Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹45,000 per month

About Us:
Gagangiri Group is looking for an experienced and dedicated Head Site Engineer to oversee construction site operations, ensure quality execution, and lead our in office technical team.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work progresses as per project schedule
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors for smooth execution
Ensure construction work complies with drawings, specifications, and quality standards
Monitor material usage, manpower deployment, and site safety practices
Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, site logs, and documentation
Liaise with architects, consultants, and project managers to resolve site-level issues
Ensure adherence to safety norms and statutory compliance on site




Guide and manage junior engineers and site supervisors

Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil)
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in residential/commercial construction projects
Solid knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site management
Good communication and team management skills
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
Proficiency in MS Office/AutoCAD is a plus
Must be based in or willing to commute to Kandivali West, Mumbai

Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹45,000 per month (based on experience and skill set)

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
