Responsibilities
Conduct site surveys and prepare system designs.
Manage On-Grid & Hybrid solar project execution.
Supervise installation teams and ensure quality & safety.
Coordinate with customers, vendors, and KSEB.
Handle testing, commissioning, and project handover.

Requirements:
B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Similar degree
2+ years of solar experience.
Experience with PM Surya Ghar rooftop solar projects.
Knowledge of KSEB procedures, net-metering, and commissioning.
Two-wheeler license and willingness to travel across Malappuram district.

Compensation: Salary + Performance Incentives + Travel Allowance (TA) + Bonus

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
