Main Duties
Staffing: Hire, train, and make work schedules for servers and kitchen workers.
Guests: Greet people, fix any problems with food or service, and make sure everyone has a positive time.
Supplies: Check stock levels, order more food or tools when needed, and look for positive prices.
Safety: Make sure the dining room and kitchen follow all health and clean-up rules.
