Eightbit Solutions Private Limited is expanding its waste procurement network and is looking for a energetic and result-oriented Purchase Officer to join our team in Ayodhya.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes, Marriage Halls, Caterers, Cloud Kitchens, Food Courts and other food establishments as waste suppliers.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with suppliers.
Negotiate procurement agreements and ensure supplier compliance.
Schedule and coordinate timely collection of waste.
Ensure accurate quantity verification and payment at the time of procurement.
Maintain daily procurement records and submit reports.
Achieve monthly procurement targets and expand the supplier network.
Coordinate with the logistics and operations team for smooth pickups.
Represent the company professionally while ensuring excellent supplier satisfaction.

Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
Experience in procurement, field sales, business development,



supply chain or vendor management will be an added advantage.
Freshers with robust communication and negotiation skills may also apply.
Must possess a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence.
Familiarity with Ayodhya and nearby areas is preferred.
Proficiency in using smartphones, Google Maps and WhatsApp.
