Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
Respond to customer inquiries professionally.
Follow up with customers regarding services and appointments.
Maintain customer records in CRM.
Coordinate with internal departments for timely service.
Resolve customer concerns efficiently.
Achieve customer satisfaction and productivity targets.

Qualifications
Intermediate (12th Pass) or Graduate.
Experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, CRM, Telecalling, Voice Process, BPO, or Sales is preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Telugu is an advantage).




Immediate joiners preferred.
