Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Commodity: E&E;
Will be responsible for resolving field concerns
Will be responsible for resolving internal concerns
Data analysis
Daily monitoring of field complaints & effectivity of actions
Reduction in field concerns by correct root cause analysis & speedy implementation of corrective measure to meet organisation targets
Genearte Field concern MIS & publish report, PPT for higher management
Carry out joint investigations in field to arrive at root cause
Take appropriate actions in association with manufacturing, supplier quality & design & for closure of field & internal concerns
Speedy & time bound closure of emerging concerns & immobilisation concerns
Estabish root cause for agreegate replacements in field & reduction in same.
Implementing, improving & maintaining DWM in department.
Initiating & implementing projects for improving engine reliability & durability.

Experience

3 to 6 yrs

B.E. - Electrical / Electronics





General Requirements
Product Knowledge
Systematic root cause analysis of Failures by QC story approach, 8D methodology Should be able to demonstrate problem solving ability using problem solving tools.
Conversant with shinin DOE technique, preparation of Fault Tree for Analysis,Ishikawa diagram, statistical tools
Knowledge of Basic 7 QC & Advance QC Tools.
Understanding of engineering drawings, process flow diagrams, control plans etc.
Hands on experience of handling measuring euipments like Oscilloscope, data loggers, CAN tools etc.
Positive understanding of drawings, GD & T symbols, knowledge of fits & surface finish symbols.
Positive at data management & interpretation of data to draw meaningful conclusions

9 Willing to work with own hands

10 Willing to travel across country at short notice for joint investigations
Valuable at Excel & Power point presentations.
