Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
Understand hiring requirements and create job descriptions
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Handle offer negotiations and documentation

Required Skills:
Positive communication and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of recruitment processes
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
Good organizational and time management skills

Eligibility Criteria




Minimum 6 months to 2 year of experience in recruitment
Graduate in any field (HR preferred)
Immediate joiners preferred
