Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Strategy
Lead the development of detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, milestones, deliverables, budgets, and timelines, in collaboration with government stakeholders.
Translate high-level workplans into actionable district and community-level activities with clear implementation guidance.
Align project objectives with national maternal health policies, government health programs, and donor/funder requirements.

Implementation & Operational Oversight
Oversee day-to-day project operations, ensuring activities adhere to established guidelines, protocols,



and quality standards.
Monitor project progress against workplans, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality deliverables.
Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and prepare financial reports including burn rates and cost-to-complete estimates.
Coordinate activities across multiple implementation sites and government health facilities, ensuring compliance with government procurement and administrative policies.

Stakeholder Engagement & Government Coordination
Develop and maintain solid working relationships with government health departments, development partners, and skilled organizations.
Liaise with district health authorities, community health centers, and frontline health workers to ensure effective implementation.
Facilitate coordination meetings and workshops to drive consensus on project goals.
