Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the full B2B sales cycle — from lead generation, prospecting, and qualification through to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
Identify, engage, and develop relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across target enterprise accounts.
Actively promote and sell recent/emerging technology products and solutions in the market, positioning them effectively against client pain points.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and advancements in technology to bring relevant, timely insights to client conversations.
Conduct product demonstrations, solution presentations, and proof-of-concept discussions tailored to client needs.
Collaborate closely with Tech, product, and technical teams to craft winning proposals and RFP responses.
Travel to client sites, industry events, and partner meetings as needed to drive sales pipeline and strengthen relationships.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities,



pipeline, and forecasts in the CRM system.
Provide market feedback to the product and leadership team to support roadmap alignment.

Required Qualifications & Experience
4 to 5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in a technology product or solutions environment.
Engineering background (B.E./B.Tech in any discipline) is mandatory — an MBA is a plus.
Hands-on experience in Technology Sales is non-negotiable.
Robust awareness and understanding of current and emerging technology trends (AI, SaaS, IoT, Cloud, Enterprise Software, etc.).
Demonstrated willingness and ability to sell new, creative, or first-to-market technology products.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding B2B sales quotas in a competitive market.
Ability and willingness to travel for client meetings, partnerships, and field engagement outside of Powai.
