Job brief
We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Bench Sales Recruiterwith knowledge of US IT Industryand Education System, to support our client needs. If you are a success driven individual, with positive attitude, good communication and excellent rapport building skills, then we would like to consider you.

Key Responsibilities & Skills:
3+ years of experience in US IT Bench Sales/US Staffing Market bench consultants to Tier-1 vendors, MSPs, implementation partners, and direct clients
Robust understanding of US work authorizations (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, EAD, USC)
Experience working with tax terms such as W2, C2C,



and 1099Source and identify requirements through Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, and other job portals
Submit qualified consultant profiles and manage the submission lifecycle
Coordinate interviews, feedback, onboarding, and placement activities
Negotiate billing rates and contract terms with vendors and clients
Build and maintain solid relationships with vendors and recruiting partners
Track daily submissions, interviews, placements, and consultant availability
Experience with ATS/VMS tools
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Pay: ₹237,360.76 - ₹1,316,626.91 per year
