Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Source and procure construction and interior materials, including civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, furniture, hardware, finishes, and other project-related items.
Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.
Obtain quotations, compare prices, negotiate commercial terms, and finalize purchase orders.
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and design teams to understand material requirements and delivery schedules.
Ensure timely procurement to avoid project delays.
Track purchase orders, deliveries, and supplier performance.
Maintain vendor database and procurement records.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stores for stock replenishment.
Ensure purchased materials meet required quality standards and specifications.
Resolve issues related to shortages, delayed deliveries, damaged materials, or invoice discrepancies.




Prepare procurement reports, cost analyses, and MIS reports for management.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and contractual terms.

Required Skills:
Robust negotiation and vendor management skills.
Positive understanding of construction and interior materials.
Knowledge of procurement processes, purchase documentation, and inventory management.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and procurement software.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
