Education Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Commerce (B. Com / M. Com)
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management
Maintain and manage accurate financial records and statements.
Prepare and analyze profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
Taxation & Compliance:
Handle GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance and returns.
Ensure timely submission of all statutory filings.
Accounts Payable/Receivable:
Process and record accounts payable and receivable transactions.
Ensure timely payments to vendors and follow up on outstanding invoices.
Banking & Reconciliation:
Perform bank reconciliations regularly.
Handle transactions related to bank accounts, loans, and other financial instruments.
Budgeting & Forecasting:
Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
Monitor budget adherence and report deviations.
Audits & Reporting:
Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
Generate financial reports for management and stakeholders.
Skills & Competencies:
Proficiency in accounting software like Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP.
Solid knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to work under deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:Bachelor’s in Commerce (B.Com.) or Master’s in Commerce (M.Com.)
Experience: 1 to +6 years in accounting, finance, or a related field.
