Role Overview

/n

We are looking for a seasoned,



number - driven and well-connected Sales Skilled from the Packaging industry for Secondary & Tertiary Packaging solutions for T rasnsit & Storage purposes , with direct relationships with CAPEX decision-makers across South India.

This role requires a solid business contributor who can independently drive revenue, penetrate key accounts, and establish Order ReOrder as a preferred returnable packaging solutions partner.

Key Responsibilities

/n

Business Development & Revenue Growth

/n

/n
Generate and close outright sales of returnable packaging solutions for Storage & Transit.
/n
Drive annual revenue targets across South India.
/n
Penetrate Automotive OEMs, Tier-1, Tier-2 suppliers, Electronics, FMCG, Pharma & Industrial sectors.
/n
Identify conversion opportunities from wood-to-plastic and expendable-to-returnable packaging.
/n

Sales Pipeline & Account Management

/n

/n
Maintain structured Sales pipeline visibility.
/n
Deliver monthly forecasting and sales MIS.
/n
Convert pilot projects into long-term business.
