A Sales Executive is responsible for driving company revenue by identifying potential customers, presenting products or services, and closing sales. The role involves building solid client relationships, meeting sales targets, and contributing to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business prospects through prospecting and networking
Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
Maintain robust relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within deadlines
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
Negotiate contracts and close deals
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Collaborate with marketing and other departments to improve sales strategies
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Proven experience in sales or a similar role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
Target-driven with a track record of achieving sales goals
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good time management and organizational skills
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
Pay: ₹11,530.93 - ₹40,902.12 per month
