Roles & Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor production machines efficiently.
Set up machines and adjust settings as per production requirements.
Perform routine machine inspections and basic preventive maintenance.
Load raw materials and unload finished products.
Check product quality and report any defects or machine issues.
Maintain production records and daily machine logs.
Ensure housekeeping and follow all safety procedures on the shop floor.
Coordinate with the production and maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
Required Skills:
Experience in operating manufacturing/production machines.
Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
Ability to use measuring instruments.
Positive attention to detail and quality.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Team player with a responsible attitude.
