Handle international customers through calls and chat support.
Respond to customer queries in a professional and timely manner.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Resolve customer issues and ensure a positive customer experience.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
Follow up with customers when required.
Escalate complex issues to the concerned team.
Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
Required Skills:
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Valuable customer handling and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable with international voice and chat processes.
Good typing speed and basic computer knowledge.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
Positive attitude and solid communication skills.
