Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
Teach Psychology to Classes XI-XII as per CBSE curriculum
Provide individual and group counselling sessions for students
Address emotional, behavioral, and academic concerns of students
Conduct workshops on mental health, stress management, career guidance, and life skills
Collaborate with teachers and parents to support student well-being




Maintain confidential student records and counselling reports

Qualifications & Skills
Postgraduate in Psychology with B.Ed. (mandatory)
Diploma/Certification in Guidance & Counselling preferred
Robust understanding of adolescent psychology
Excellent communication, empathy, and listening skills
Ability to handle sensitive situations with confidentiality and professionalism
Experience in school counselling preferred
