US Retirement Advantages Payment Specialist
End to end process knowledge of payments ( US Benefit Payments would be helpful )
Skilled in Reconciliation, US Tax withholding & remittance, Check, ACH & Wire payments, Ledger Adjustments, Client Relationship Management (CRM), Internal and External Funding
Develop and maintain records of participants and beneficiaries including active, deferred,



retired, and separated members
Maintain knowledge of legal and regulatory changes, trends, and other developments affecting retirement perks
Prepare reports provided to internal and external customers, including maintenance of supporting documentation
Performs other duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to execute retirement plan payouts and reconciliation of payment
Thorough understanding of taxable and nontaxable deductions related to retirement perks
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
