Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment
Schedule and coordinate interviews.
Conduct initial HR screening interviews.
Coordinate with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

HR Operations
Assist in onboarding and induction of recent employees.
Prepare offer letters, internship letters, and other HR documents.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Update attendance, leave, and performance records.
Support HR policy implementation and compliance.

Administration




Manage day-to-day administrative activities.
Maintain employee files and company records.
Coordinate office-related documentation and reports.
Assist in organizing meetings and maintaining meeting records.
Ensure smooth coordination between departments.

Project Management
Coordinate with designers, video editors, and other team members to track project progress.
Monitor project timelines and ensure tasks are completed within deadlines.
Maintain project trackers and daily work updates.
Follow up with team members on pending tasks and deliverables.
Coordinate with department heads for project status updates.
Prepare daily and weekly project progress reports.
Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams whenever required.

People Management
Support employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities.
Act as the first point of contact for employee queries.
