JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prioritize and escalate time-sensitive communications, including court notices, filing deadlines, and claimant inquiries, in accordance with established SLAs and internal quality standards.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Bachelor’s degree in any stream (preferably
commerce background).
Proven 2 - 5 years of experience in US-based MNCs.

Technical Skills:
Data entry skills: A typing speed of at least 60 WPM with excellent spelling, grammar, and diction skills.
Proficient in reading and interpreting cursive and various forms of handwritten documentation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Access, and Word.
Demonstrates quality through accuracy and attention to detail; actively seeks prospects to improve and promote high standards; incorporates feedback to enhance performance; monitors work to ensure consistency
Exhibit proficiency in both written and verbal communication, showcasing the ability to comprehend provided information and draw appropriate conclusions.




Demonstrates the ability to effectively disseminate knowledge to team members for enhanced operational
understanding.
