Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with recruiters to facilitate the recruiting process- Create interview itineraries,



facilitate travel, and coordinate debrief meetings with interview teams. Attend recruiting meetings as requested for specific hiring needs-
Post external job descriptions to select job boards and various career sites-
Schedule, coordinate, and assist with planning efforts for various meetings, programs, and events
Work on Ad hoc projects, as assigned

Qualifications
Bachelors’ Degree required
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, SharePoint)
Strong verbal and written communication skills including ability to communicate with all levels within the firm
Experience with recruiting systems/tools (e.g.Taleo, Linkedin) preferred
Strong organizational skills; able to effectively prioritize competing deadlines in a quick-paced workplace. Strong attention to detail, commitment to producing accurate work in a timely manner
