Key Responsibilities
Identify individual learning gaps and implement targeted academic interventions.
Provide personalized guidance to help students strengthen conceptual understanding and improve academic performance.
Monitor students' progress, maintain relevant academic records, and communicate feedback to the academic team.
Foster a positive, disciplined, and inclusive learning environment that encourages curiosity, confidence, and academic excellence.
Collaborate with fellow educators to ensure consistent and meaningful student development.
Eligibility
Bachelor's or Master's degree in the relevant discipline.
B.Ed. qualification is desirable for teaching positions.
Prior teaching experience is preferred; however, enthusiastic and competent fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
